Innovation training interventions can be contextualised to fit organisational specific needs.

- Accredited Innovation Training (60 module exit level course through an accredited HEI)

Innovation Skills Assessment
An innovation skills assessment assist in correctly identifying and impacting on the most immediate
innovation skills needed. The skills assessment is delivered in the form of a report with recommendations
for impact. It is further aligned with the organisation’s innovation baseline and strategy. See diagram below.

Innovation Pre- and Post Impact Assessments
Impact assessments are typically performed to determine the impact of training/skills assessments /workshops to demonstrate the ROI of the intervention. See diagram below.
