3. Course Presenter

Dr David Feitler

Dr. David Feitler has served NineSigma in the capacity of Principal Program Architect from their European offices since February 2009. He joined NineSigma in the Fall of 2006 after a nearly 30 year career in the Chemical Industry that spanned large and small, public and private firms, International Consulting (India, China) and entrepreneurial activities. Open Innovation has been a constant feature of Dr. Feitler’s industrial career, from seeking and applying external resources to company objectives, to being a solution provider, offering consulting services and innovative technology. Technology development programs under his leadership used OI methods to achieve millions of dollar in annual profit contributions. His responsibilities build on that experience and include Open Innovation Program design, training, execution and general support of the growth and development of the European Office.

Dr. Feitler received his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Chemistry and in Mathematics/Applied Science from the University of California at Los Angeles. He holds seven US patents.

4. Costs, Payment and Registration

Cost: R1 950 per person. Fee includes course refreshments including lunch, parking and printed course note slides.

5. Cancellation Fees

A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the course fee will be applicable if delegates cancel after 3 November 2010. Should booked delegates not arrive for the course the full fee would be applicable. Please provide all cancellations in writing to riette@riis.co.za.
